This does not automatically mean a vet is qualified, but now the door is at least cracked a bit.

It wasn't Tr**p who refused GCS/GRS to Vets - it was the TERFS who lobbied the VA to write the Title 38 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) section 17.38 VA Directive - Medical benefits package.
This change to the VA's position would never have happened if Tr**p had been re-elected, but we have Biden now, and that is more than a world of difference.
